inspiration?
So I think Dr Suess was like a rhyming and story-telling genius. His stories were really really cool even though it's like supposed to be more for kids. But who cares! He is the shit. But some of his quotes are really awesome. Like:
- “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. You are the guy who’ll decide where to go.”
- “I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind. Some come from ahead and some come from behind. But I’ve bought a big bat. I’m all ready you see. Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me!”
- “My alphabet starts with this letter called yuzz. It’s the letter I use to spell yuzz-a-matuzz. You’ll be sort of surprised what there is to be found once you go beyond ‘Z’ and start poking around!”
- “Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.” (I love this one!)
- “Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter won’t mind.”
- “You know you’re in love when you can’t fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.” (This mah fav quote!)
- “I’m sorry to say so but, sadly it’s true that bang-ups and hang-ups can happen to you.”
See! Nobody rhymes better that Dr Suess. How cool is he!
