WARNING: RANT AHEAD!!

So classes only started back up yesterday and already I'm thinking of just giving up. Why you may ask? Well let me tell ya all about it.

Since I've already taken all my first year core subjects, all I had to do this semester was to take 2 free electives to fulfill my compulsory number of first year electives. Plus this is a short semester so its only 7 weeks. No big deal right. So when the list of available electives came out, I decided to take Intro to Mass Comm and Sociology. Yay! I was all excited and stuff plus all my classes would have ended before 4 everyday. But then as usual, some shit had to happen and ruin my awesome plan. I went to Sociology class and the lecturer came in and told all of us that taking this subject would be like getting food poisoning for 7 weeks. Gee thanks for the vote of confidence dude! Anyway so she spent one hour yapping about how we're gonna do work that was meant to be done in 14 weeks in only 7. And while she was going on and on about it, I freaked out. I mean this might sound pompous or self boasting or whatever, but I'm pretty smart. So all the workload didn't seem so impossible to handle to me. But then, I thought about it and really, I don't want to take a subject and not do as well as I could because I just didn't have enough time to study or whatnot. So I'm thinking about dropping it. See there goes my brilliant plan.

But here is the other downside. If I drop Sociology, I still need to take another subject in order to complete my free electives thing. So the only option is to take Intro to Design. Now there is nothing wrong with that subject, I hear its pretty laid back and easy and there is no finals for the class but the part that I hate is that the timing of the class. Its 3 times a week and all 3 times are from 4-6. 4-6!!!! Like last semester. Which I hated! Now not only do I have to stay in college until 6 but I also can't pick my little brother up from school for 3 days and that just sucks. Because then he has to suffer with all the waiting and its not even his fault! Moreover, my other class is always in the early morning like at 8-10 so I would have a 6 hour gap between my classes. What the fuck am I supposed to do for 6 bloody hours for 3 straight days???!!! This whole thing is so messed up.

Honestly, this semester is turning out to be a complete nightmare. Its only the second day of class and already I'm so damn exhausted and I just want to go sit in a corner and cry my eyes out. Its just so damn frustrating. UGH!

just my luck

Right so,
I've been to stay at my aunt's house in Milton Keynes twice now,
Both times during Chrissy break,
Both times nothing really exciting happens there,
Unless you count the League 1 games that cost a whole bloody lot to watch!

Anyway,
I've recently discovered that a lot of awesome things happen there,
Like how Linkin Park played a huge concert there and they filmed their Live DVD from that show,
But 30 minutes ago,
I found out that Dougie and Harry from Mcfly are gonna be at HMV in Milton Keynes and I'm not there!
ARGH! I bloody love Mcfly and when I'm halfway around the world they decide to come to MK!
Why????!!!!

So right now I'm kinda sad and I wish that I can go back to MK again,
But my aunt is moving back here in August so no more trips to UK for me until like I finish studying,
BOOOO!

i wish i could write

Alright my peeps,
here's the dealio,

i can't write to save my life,
and when i say write,
i mean like write short stories and all that stuff,
i can write a research paper though,
thats no biggie,
but not stories or any of that creative writing stuff,

anywho,
i just wanted to share a short story that i found,
written by one very talented and one of my favourite authors EVER,

i see it through the mirror

so my horrible semester of crap has finally ended,
well it actually ended last Tuesday,
anyway,
when i say horrible,
i mean it like study-wise,
socially it was great fun,
all the gossiping,
and the class skipping,
and ice-cream,
and food,
and movies,
its been great.

on another note,
recently i have found that Grey's Anatomy has gotten rather tragic?
its like the show was designed to make sure i bloody cry my eyes out at some point during the episode,
its rather unbecoming really,
but i enjoy it nonetheless,
no matter how many new shows appear out of thin air,
Grey's will always be THE best series to watch EVER!
this is fact.

anywho,
if any of you find yourself to be bored out of your freaking minds and want to watch some tv series,
here are a few that i feel are just the shizzz!

- Big Bang Theory (bloody funny)
- True Blood (if you're into the whole vampire deal)
- Friday Night Lights (THE most underrated show)
